If you wish to cancel the booked appointment, you can let us know by e-mail!

If some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 24 hours before the booked date (by e-mail or in person), taking into account the opening hours.
